“A Long Way From Laos” is a short documentary film featuring Nalinthone Sananikone, a refugee from Laos. It tells the story of his life and his journey of how he got to where he is today. This documentary was created to bring awareness about Laotian refugees. Sananikone is just one of thousands of refugees who fled Laos in the 1970s.
